We provide both Home Delivery or Store Pick up options for you. You may select your favorable shipping method in Checkout Page. 

We provide a free and secure delivery to Macau for all online orders.

Delivery service is only applicable to residential or commercial addresses in Macau, it does not apply to post office boxes or freight forwarding addresses.

After confirming the order, the delivery will be arranged within 7 working days. If you would like to specify the delivery date, please contact our customer service representative for further arrangement. 

Depending on the stock availability of the products, the delivery date may be adjusted.

At checkout, you can choose to pick up the products at the designated store. After confirming the order, it will take a few working days to proceed your pickup order. Depending on the stock availability of the product, the pick-up date may be adjusted.

After the order arrives in the store, we will inform you by email. Please present the pick-up notification email and identity proof to our customer service representative for vertification during pickup.
